Pre Surgical Skin Care helps to improve the healing process and minimize bleeding and bruising. Soft, hydrated, clean skin looks, heals and functions better after surgery. For dry, dehydrated, thickened or impure skin, a program of peels and facials will clear the skin and make it function more effectively.
Post Surgical Skin Care continues the benefits of the pre-surgical program, keeping your skin in an environment conducive to healing. Post surgical facial treatments can usually be performed from the 10th day following most surgeries. Your doctor will advise you on the best timetable for treatment. The treatment will likely include some mild exfoliation and lymphatic drainage massage to hasten the removal of cell debris, reduce swelling and address bruising by stimulating the body's natural removal system. Our Venus Freeze treatment can be adjusted to deliver magnetic pulses without the radio frequency spectrum to speed the healing process and reduce swelling and bruising quicker. We can also help out with post surgical camouflage.

Our Signature Facial is designed according to your skin signature. Every skin is different, changing with the climate, change of diet, lifestyle, hormones, stress and the aging process. For this reason, every facial is custom designed at each visit to deep-cleanse, exfoliate, hydrate and purify your skin. Targeted massage techniques enhance the circulation; providing the cells with nutrients, and facilitating the removal of toxins via the lymphatic system. Your treatment starts with a thorough cleansing, followed by some combination of an exfoliative enzyme peel, aromatherapy compress, hand and arm massage, careful expression of impurities, and a relaxing face, neck and shoulder massage. The treatment concludes with a customized masque, ampoule, elixir, or lipid, eye serum and sunscreen.
The skin on the back often echoes the condition on the face. This treatment is essentially a PSG Signature Facial applied to the back.
This luxurious anti-aging facial features the exclusive La Creme’ Beaute treatment products from La Biosthetique. The treatment starts with a light cleansing massage, and a warm compress of specially selected essential oils. An aromatic hand and arm massage follows, and your hands are placed in warm mitts to penetrate the moisturizing treatments. Enzyme exfoliation and a deep cleansing treatment is next, followed by a relaxing effleurage massage of the face, neck and shoulders. The treatment concludes with the exclusive Masque Mer et Beaute, a hydrating and lifting modeling masque based upon algae and sea water, and infused with essential oils.

A Clinical Facial is a PSG Signature Facial with the addition of a medical esthetic treatment such as Dermaplaning, Glycolic Acid peel or Microdermabrasion.
A manual exfoliative technique where a sterile surgical blade is passed flat across the skin at a 45 degree angle. This removes the outermost layer of dead skin cells, reduces the visibility of acne scarring, hyperpigmented areas, superficial wrinkling, and extraneous vellous hairs. The process is painless, controllable, and very effective. Dermaplaning is suitable for even ethnic and couperose (capillary prone) skin. If appropriate, the procedure can be followed with a peel or enzyme treatment at no additional charge. The Dermaplane procedure includes a PSG Signature Facial Treatment.
Series of 5 Dermaplaning Facials - $700
Ranging from 20% to 70%, a Glycolic Acid peel will produce a light to medium peel. It requires no down time. We recommend a series of treatments gradually increasing in strength as the skin improves and becomes more resilient. Glycolic Acid peels stimulate collagen synthesis, address aging skin, adult acne, hyperpigmentation and fine lines. Can be combined with a Dermaplaning procedure at no additional cost if the skin condition warrants it. Usually done once a month, but can be done as often as once weekly to achieve quicker results.

Clinical Peels are independent procedures, and are not combined with any other facial treatment on the same day. The procedure requires a 45 min appointment.
A proprietary blend of 8 different acids: Salicylic Acid, Resorcinol, Lactic Acid, Glycolic Acid, Pyruvic Acid, Tartaric Acid, Mandelic Acid and Potassium Azeloyl Diglycinate. The PSG Synergy Peel comes in three formulations: Universal, Intermediate, and Advanced. The 5 step procedure yields excellent results with little to no discomfort. The first and second day are usually unremarkable. On the 3rd day freckles and pigmentation will darken and the surface will look dry. Peeling will commence for 2 to 5 days at this point, starting in the center of the face and working outward. The texture of the skin improves markedly, as will pigmentation irregularities, pore size, acne scarring and fine lines. Collagen synthesis is activated to counteract the aging progression. Usually done every 2-4 months, but can be done monthly for awhile to achieve a quicker result.
Salicylic Acid is more surface oriented, making it best for acneic skin and non-inflammatory cystic acne. Redness and peeling for a couple of days may be evident depending upon the percentage selected, but the irritation is generally brief. Usually done monthly or bi-monthly. The normal protocol is to alternate between PSG Signature facials geared toward acne treatment and the Salicylic Peels on alternate visits.
This versatile peel ranges from superficial to medium depth according to the number of layers applied. A combination of Salicylic acid, Lactic acid and Resorcinol, Jessners treats sun damage, clogged pores, rough skin, hyperpigmentation, fine lines, and is especially indicated for acne. Expect some redness and flaking for 3-10 days depending upon the depth selected.
This medium depth peel is more aggressive, but superior at refining the surface of the skin. Acne scarring, deeper wrinkles, larger pores and keloids all have the potential to improve with TCA peels. Various strengths, from 10 – 35% are used to create a uniform result. A TCA peel will be pink/red for the first few days, then the skin will darken and peel profusely for approximately 7-10 days. Can be repeated up to 4x per year.

Permanent Makeup, also referred to as Micropigmentation or Cosmetic Tattooing, is a cosmetic procedure where inert pigments are implanted into the upper dermal layer of the skin. Eyebrows can be gently shaded and/or done with very natural looking hairstrokes. Eyeliners can be as subtle as a simple enhancement at the lash line, to a more traditional eyeliner look. Liplines are always blended into the vermillion of the lip, but can also be extended to enhance the entire lip. Natural shades are chosen to enhance the surrounding skin, lip and tooth color.
The procedure is performed using the most advanced digital implantation device available. This device uses sterile, one-time use cartridges and probes to ensure the highest level of safety and comfort.

The fee includes a consultation/patch-test, initial procedure and one touch up within 8 weeks. Additional adjustments or touch ups are at the current touch up rate.
Permanent makeup lasts from 2-5 years. Occasional touch ups will extend the results indefinitely.

Your eyelashes and brows will look great for up to a month. The brow tinting can even coax a shape out of irregular or sparse brows, and should be combined with an Eyebrow Design to acquire a favorable shape to the brow line.
